Android is better, but I’ve always liked Nokia-hardware. This looking promising enough that I will consider it anyway. But Ove Store still needs a lot of work, and time will tell if Symbian will catch up on third part software.

@Chmielok I wish it had more than 48gb. 12 megapixel pictures take up a lot of space and so do 720p videos. That space will fill up quick. I’m glad they included the ability to connect a flash drive directly to the phone. This phone is win, so is Symbian.

Finally nice Symbian. However still slow. HDMI – great idea! HD (I hope with at least 25FPS) – great idea! 48GB – is this necessary? I haven’t filled my 2GB card yet.
If it only was a little faster, like Android. -

no doubt one of the greates high-end smartphone’s i’ve seen sofar .. only really really hope this OS does the job.. iOS4, android, WM7 (comming), Bada.. bleh .. they should make 1 top OS imo.. mm or do i sound like kim jung il now?

Seems like a great phone, Nokias attempt to bringing it’s products closer to the ease-of-use we’ve seen on Apple products already and hopefully N8 will also surpass the iPhone. In hardware it already beats it easily, now all that remains is improving OVI service to same scale as iTunes.
This’ll most likely be my next upgrade from my present N95, when the N8 comes out.

I like the look of the Nokia N8 and Symbian 3 is bridging the gap between symbian and apple/android OS’s.
