all of them are unlocked for $529 but if you under T Mobile but don’t have a contract then $179. If you have a contract with T Mobile then it is $279. I am have a contract with T Mobile but it expires next month but since T Mobile have the cheaper plans then AT&T I might stick with them.

Yes…you do need internet, or you can use wifi. but just put in your SIM and it works.

And noobie question, do you need to have access to a wireless network to go on the internet with this phone? -
Its unlocked to all GSM. so you can pop in your SIM card, and you are ready.

If I buy this phone on ebay unlocked, can I still use it like a normal phone here in Canada if I put a different sim card in it? Will I still be able to use the internet?

I don’t believe you can, because you have to connect to the internet. There are several people reporting that they can not send MMS, and they are using the phone with NO data plan.

in order to get all the features…you need data, but it will work without it. I say get it…
