How do I sync my Ipod on a new computer without wiping all the music which is on there already?

I have a new computer and I want to sync my Ipod with the music I have on my new HP Pavilion but I don’t want to lose all the music I have on my Ipod already.

Note: my old computer (where the music that is currently on my ipod is), its memory was lost, so i cant access it or the files with the songs.

Is there any way to do this?
