How do I install ipod touch themes onto my jailbroken ipod from my computer?

I have a recently Jailbroken ipod touch, 2.2.1, and I downloaded a theme from the internet to my computer. How do I get that theme from my computer onto my ipod so I can use it with WinterBoard?

   download ssh from cyida then winsch open winscp enter the deatail and connect yuor ipod touch take the theme and place it into themes.kv9tx2
   then go to winterboard click the theme and there u have it your brand new theme

   You need to SSH into it:

   Download OpenSSH from Cydia
   Download SSH Toggle or SB Settings
   Download WinSCP (http://winscp.net/eng/index.php)
   Get iPod’s IP address in the settings on WiFi in your iPod Touch
   In WinSCP add a new session
   -host name: your iPod’s IP
   -user name: root
   -password: alpine
   I think you then put the theme into library/themes

   much easier if you do it directly from your ipod. open up cydia, and get the theme from there.
