How do I download things to my Nokia 5230 without downloading straight from the phone?
Is it possible to download applications to my Nokia 5230 without downloading straight from the phone? Because downloading from the internet on the phone is really expensive.

you have a datacable no! by using this u van do this. download from a particular website to a computer and then connect your phone to the system by using datacable an select the mode to be data storage mode. and just copy the application or game directly to your device 9 mem card).
then disconnect your mobile and open file manager goto the application where you droped it and install it. there u’ll have your applicattion alive and running.
this whole process can also be done thru the nokia pc suite’s application installer after downloading the application but availability of nokia pc suite for each system u’ve to do this may not be possible and with this procedure u can do it in any netcafe
