i like both apps, but i use PICSAY pro constantly, the money is well worth it for someone who likes to edit and change photos …. like myself …. i use photoshop rarely, but it’s nice to have just as you said for those who are use to using the app on their pc’s

@dcphotos Android has good apps coming, we are going to see some fresh apps, i’d rather have a droid, i sold my iphone to get a htc desire. Android is great.

I’m not impressed with either. I am trying to decide between iphone and droid right now, but app-wise iphone is killing it. Bestphoto clobbers both of these, and for using the real camera photocalc and dslr remote are not available on droid. Service quality is going to make a difference, so I may wind up with a droid but they need to do a better job getting apps.

Too much talk on google nowadays. They buy just good sites on the web and destroys them with advertising.

“Die hard photographer” most likely wont be using phone to take a picture (there will be most likely Canon EOS series with bunch of lenses).
These apps are targeted to teens, who just like to have some fun. In that case, on my opinion, best is PicSay. Sorry Photoshop :)

The market app is not perfect, but the apps for android are very good, and I would even say that there are as many or more quality apps for android than there are for the iphone.

android market place does kinda sucks but, hey when it gets better atleast we don’t have to put it on a shitty phone :D

  14. MuscarV2 says:

Proof that the android app market sucks: The photoshop mobile app on android is nearly identical to the one on the iphone, and you guys says it’s good for andriod, but rate it one of the worst iphone apps.
